The Book of Acts describes a vibrant body of believers that were highly involved in their community. Many of the individuals and congregations seemed to be immersed in the message of Christ and its direct affect on their day to day life. As the individual people grew closer to God, so did the congregations. And as the congregations got engaged so did the communities. In fact, it seems that the churches were one of the primary influences of the communities. They were not separated off in some little corner by themselves, they were not silent and they were not invisible. They were challenging, provoking, influencing and flourishing. The 21st century needs effective flourishing local churches. The 2015 ReachKeep Conference is dedicated to bring the influence of those 1st century churches to the 21st century!
How do you create a flourishing church? What does the church leadership need to do to bring back the visibility of the local church in its community? How can congregations be stimulated to flourish like the churches of 2000 years ago? What are some of the simple things that individuals need to learn to make your church an exciting, community impacting organism? These questions will be answered and many more at this year’s premiere training event for small, conservative, outreach oriented churches.
